Absolute WORST online purchasing …
Absolute WORST online purchasing experience I've had in a long time. I bought two things. A case and a screen protector for my s8 plus with express 2 day shipping on Saturday May 13. The next day i realized that i accidentally purchased a case for the s8, and not the plus variant. So I sent in a cancel order request that same day, giving ample opportunity to cancle my order. Unfortunately they do not work on sunday. So on monday I recieve an email saying that my order has already been shipped. (You would expect them to look at the order cancellations before sending product out but I guess not) about 3 hours later I receive a second email. The email stated that both my s8 case and my s8 plus screen protector were shipped and are now in transit. 3 days later Wednesday May 17 (3 days later NOT 2 days like I payed for in fact it was more like 5 days as it should have been shipped same day) I finally receive the package. I opened it up and there was only my screen protector in the package. With a paper saying that the case was out of stock and will be shipped at a later date. May I add that in my email it confirmed that BOTH the case and screen protector were shipped. Also in the website it never warned me beforehand of stock shortage or that my package will ship 2 days after purchase. And the best part. They probably are still sending me the case even though I attempted to cancle my order. Horrible experience.
