I had a contract with this company and communicated with them through the process, when we reached to the last phase and finalising everything I had no response at all. this is a fake company which stole my money. I had a deal with them based on my friend's recommendation, they were so responsive and then they turned so bad with no response at all. From March until now Iv'e been sending them emails, when I try to connect with one of them they say we a re facing problems and issues in the system which is a very horrible and unbelievable response. I'm sick of this company and from rakesh jain. I have been told that my project will be done after 3 months of signing the contract but this lasted for 2 years and stil nothing has been handed.

Horrible after sales service. The app is responsive and works well, however its basic and needs lots of hours for customization which mostly has to be done by mobicommerce since they don't provide full app details to you. They will also charge you a subscription fee just to answer questions AND AN ADDITIONAL FEE for any changes / customizations you ask them to do as thats not covered in the subscription (Approx 500 USD to update Payment plug in). They don't provide you with app details, so only they can make these changes. In the long run, you end up paying much more money with them, better to go to another company and buy your own app which you own fully. I am not writing this review because I want a refund, I dont. But if you are looking for an app and you dont want to break the bank. Mobicommerce is the company to avoid. I'm sure you can find all our details via this App Key - d526fe Since writing this review Mobicommerce has also made our app really slow and non responsive and they have reported it to trustpilot as being fake. Proving they have zero after sale service

Based on all above details, we did not find any fault. This may related to add on requirement/support & its cost involved, which is obvious/practical. It does not seems related to delivered app for purchased license or experience. BTW, All of our charges and support packages are publically available, https://www.mobicommerce.net/support/#p-rice we believe in transparent business and all charges or cost are transparent to each client before they buy the license. No hidden/extra fee we charge other than publically available. Still can you please share your actual concern or experience. If any needed customization are shared by customer than it is always part of agreement as additional customization along with respective additional fixed cost. Other than documented and agreed scope, if any further add on are demanded than these may be chargeable extra as that need additional efforts, we believe this is part of industry standard. Being provider, to reduce conflicts we always provide free preview of mobile app & connected with their live stores, so there are no chance of false commitment as customer always review their own app before they buy.
