Promptly notified me that one of the parts I needed was backordered. Called for instructions on handling the balance of the order. We agreed to wait until all parts were available before shipping. When the part arrived sooner than expected, called to notify me and to alert me that the shipment would be arriving soon. Professionally handled with personal attention to the customer. I spoke with a representative from MMarine. As a new boater the representative took the time and listen to my questions. He went completely above and beyond. I ordered a display for my AC unit which arrived on time. I also advised the representative that I didn’t have the Manuel to the unit. When the display arrived the representative printed out a copy of the manual for me as well. It’s the small things that make a difference and that got them a customer for life.
