I was able to order the item I needed. Communication and correspondence went well. My only complaint is that it took a while longer than i expected to actually get the item shipped out. It was a couple days before a shipping label was generated and several more before the item actually went out via UPS.

I think they lied to get my money
They went out of there way to contact PayPal and make them give me my money. I tried dealing with PayPal for a couple weeks with no luck. Thanks again.

We take full pride in ensuring complete and total customer satisfaction and your feedback is important to us. At the time of your initial purchase on 2/12/22 an MMarine representative informed you telephonically of the ETA supplied by the manufacturer, which at the time of purchase was 25th of February 2022.
On the 22nd of February, we received an update from the manufacturer notifying us of a further schedule setback due to supply chain and shipping delays. On that same day, an MMarine representative by the name of Mark Wright, reached out to you via email to inform you of the recent update we received from the manufacturer; your response to Mark’s email indicated a request to cancel due to the further delay.
As mentioned in previous email correspondence, MMarine Online issued a refund of your full payment of $3299.99 on February 23, 2022 at 5:05pm as a result of your cancellation request. Additionally, we've supplied you with numerous screenshots via email of our communication with PayPal and unfortunately, the finalization of the refund was not in our hands nor was it in our control. However, we continued to closely assist you in obtaining your refund from PayPal to reach a positive resolution. On the 10th of March we were able to confirm that the full refund was awarded back to your form of payment via PayPal. We hope that after carefully reviewing the information provided, you will take account of our ongoing support and assistance in helping you to solve the issue with PayPal and perhaps reconsider your initial review of our customer service and transparency.

I would have given them 5 stars except…
I would have given them 5 stars except for the carrier they shipped with that doesn't have a very good rating on trustpilot (98% bad). They answered my text late on a Saturday, called me to help answer a question, and packaged my Isotherm fridge very well for delivery. Only negative was their choice of shipping carrier.

Overall good experience. They had what I wanted in stock and shipment arrived in good shape. Only thing I would improve on is time reduction from order receipt to shipping ( took 3 days in house).
I will order from them again.
