Worst experience I've ever had. I ordered a pair of shoes November 2022 and never got them. Went back n forth for months. They wouldn't give me a refund and the shoes would still come. Last time I heard from them was September 2023. So what am I supposed to do now???

I have the same problem with everyone. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes Sept 2023, hoping by Christmas I’ll have it to gift it to myself and two others but up until now New year (2024) no updates, nothing. Just like that we were robbed!

Ordered shoes on December 24, 2022, reached out in March and May and they said they were still coming. Here it is January 2024 and no shoes. The company refused multiple times to refund my money. I’m so angry. Ridiculous.

I ordered a pair of shoes in May 2023, and I still haven't received them or a refund. Customer service even stopped responding. I feel that Mlo takes advantage and should be held accountable.

I need help! I ordered a pair of MLO shoes for my fiancée in April 2023 for his birthday. It is December and I still have not received. I have sent countless emails. I’m simply requesting they refund my $60 or send the shoes. Please help me get this resolved.

Do not order from them! You will not get your shoes. It’s a scam.

Ordered in August, was told it was a pre-order and should be shipped by November. Never received.
