Hey Opio, I apologize that we had to decline your refund. As stated in our policy we do not provide refunds for orders that are just outside the estimated delivery times. Though a massive amount of Covid delays are out of the way there still seems to be the odd order that is affected. However, in this case your order only seemed to have a minor delay while being at the airport. I would assume it was a customs issue. Based on today's info though your order seems to be moving again and is expected to arrive soon! We still are within our estimated time frames for delivery. With the minor delay accounted for I like to say your order should be delivered within the next 2 weeks. I hope with this good news you are set at ease. Hey Ameen, I apologize that you feel that the shoes are taking too long to be received. We try to make it as transparent as possible, stating in numerous places on our website that orders take around 14 business days to be shipped. I assure you that they have been shipped and you did receive a confirmation email on July 27th stating this. I have gone ahead and resent the shipping confirmation in case it was sent to your spam folder. I have also looked into your tracking number and see that there has been an update today. So I assure that they are moving. Our tracking only post updates when there has been significant movement through out the transit phase. Your order is currently on its way to your local post office as we speak. You should receive another update in a few days once the order has arrived there and they start arranging the delivery. However, I see that your order was shipped out on the 27th of July and I have seen numerous updates since the shipping date. Hey Rashied, we apologize for the time it took for you to receive your shoes. With the pandemic still lingering it is difficult to have our shipping times as low as some other companies. However, we are doing our best over here and our expected shipping times during the pandemic is around 14 business days. Though you don't think so, with your order only taking 2 weeks and beating our average estimation shipping times, this is still a really fast time considering the circumstances.

Although it may seem like you placed your order 3 months ago, we see that you placed your original order on June 17th and that we have already sent a replacement shoe at no extra cost to you last week.
