When I first came across these shoes I was excited. After waiting a month for them to get to me, I recieved two different sizes after ordering the same size and shoe style (different colors). So now I can't wear one of the 80$ pairs I bought. Weird. Then when walking in these I feel absolutely no support from the sole of the shoes. I feel like one wrong shift of my foot and ill sprain an ankle. The bottoms are so weird and awkward. Along the trim of the sole of the shoe you can see all the dried up glue and its so ugly. And they look so cheap and they feel even cheaper. Screw these shoes forreal. I'm pissed. Do NOT waste your money. Go to marshalls and buy some Adidas sneaks for 25 bucks instead.

I ordered my shoes on the 16th of June and have not received them yet (it has been 49 business days). My order started to ship on the 19th of June but I have not received the shoes nor any updates. The tracking status is also expired so I don't even know where my shoes are. There is no way shipping takes this long, even during the pandemic and they still have the audacity to still send me promotions via text for new shoes when my shoes haven't even arrived yet.

MLO are total scammers don't buy anything from them it's all a lie I've been waiting for my shoes and when I reach out through email that's the only way of communicating to them all I get is that there in transit they must have someone delivering them by foot they should off tried the pony express I bet they would off been faster. Don't buy anything from this company you'll never get your shoes, I posted this on 8/21/2020 and they replied to this post faster and flagged me for it only if they could be that fast on responding and delivering shoes that other customers including myself are still waiting on, by the way they'll never give you a refund there going to tell you that the shoes have shipped and according to their policy they can't issue refunds. Stay away , I believe this company is fake and are scamming people.

I wanted to order from this site but I had a second though so I came here to read the reviews So I changed my mind bcos I see a lot of people complaining about so much delays and someone even said their order was cancelled after 3 months of waiting which is damn crazy , well when I see good reviews in the future I will give it a try but not anytime soon ...

I ordered a pair of the supposed “Pan African colored sneakers on August 1st, after the company appeared on my Facebook feed of black owned businesses. I was amazed, and ordered right away. On August 8 I got a shipping notification, but when you use their “tracking number” it constantly redirects you to their webpage with no link to USPS or any other US based carrier. After emailing their support 11 days in low and behold, the agent finally informed me all shipping and manufacturing occurs in China. Don’t be fooled by the excuse US shipping is delayed due to Covid. In my business I’ve been using the three big carriers UPS, FedEx, and USPs (the carrier they claim to use).) Haven’t had one delay over 1-2 days max (this is even listed on their webpage). They claim to have a partial black owner (who isn’t listed on their website strangely) but show up as if they are social justice pioneers. I got bamboozled trying to support small business and not one email response, or solution has been given to justify their lies. If you read their Return/Refund page on their website, you can spot foreign typed errors or language a US based company doesn’t use like the overuse of the word “Kindly”, as well as them stating returns will arrive at their US WAREHOUSE, something an actual US based company doesn’t mention, or let their web designer overlook. Like George W. Bush said, “Fool me once shame on you, fool me, and I can’t be fooled again” 😂

I have been waiting for my package for atleast 16 days now I ordered 2 shoes and it never got back 2 me nor has it even shipped yet I check every day I will never order from this company again trust me just stick 2 the bigger shoe company’s like Nike or etc at least they keep u updated🤷🏽‍♂️ It’s my fault tho for trusting this company tho I learned my lesson order number is #MLO16483

If I could give this company a negative star I would!! Starting ton think this is a fake company. It's been after 11 days and a haven't received my shoes. Tracking is very unclear and misleading. Buyer beware!!!! Purchase elsewhere!!!

Don’t bother with this company! Shoes came damaged, they then told me I would not receive a refund... after a lot of back and forth they finally said they’d provide the refund and for me to send back the shoes with tracked delivery. Paid £18 for tracked delivery for them to then change their mind and say they won’t provide the refund nor would they reimburse the £18 to send them back!!
