Don’t bother with this company. Not only are they slow but they are poor at communicating. I placed an order on the 13th and the tracking number says that that fedex or whoever they use hasn’t even received the package. I tried calling they do not have a customer service phone number and they have not responded to emails. Bummed I’m going to have to report the charges on my credit card as fraud but really not sure what else to do. Save your money and the headache

Dont waste yr money and time, trust me delivery will take months. Also you can get same exact shoes at ali express paying 0nly 10$. Worst services ever!!! Buyer beware before you order!! Something is not right. I order 2 shoes over 2 months now still hasn’t received yet till now. First shipment arrived in Aramex Courier Sydney Depot but was returned back to sender. Second shipment return back Again. Even though with the right shipping address. They look like a legit company but seems like something fishy going on here.

Shoes are cheaply made and they will not give u a refund . I do not recommend

These shoes aren’t designed by this company as they claim. In fact you can order the same shoes from alibaba for close to 15 bucks. Just Google Pai-Weite and you’ll see several other stores selling them as well as alibaba. Their company logo isn’t even on the shoe. They claim people stole their designs but that’s not true anyone can sell these same shoes since they are all over alibaba.

Currently canceling an order that was placed for the white DTSF that I ordered on Sunday 10/18(Order number MLO26922) . After 2 days i hadn't received any update regarding shipping or tracking so I reached out today to get an update. I was told it takes up to 4 days just for processing then up to 2 weeks for EXPEDITED shipping. That's a ridiculous lead time to say the least. Really wish I had a month to wait for them they really look like they could be good shoes.

Curious how 2 different "customers" have written the exact same, word for word review, 3 days apart... Have been thinking of buying these shoes, but if a company has to make fake positive posts on review sites to try to save their own value, I don't know if this is a company I want to be working with. I have screen shots of the posts but this site doesn't let you post pictures on reviews. But Weimann Roosevelt and Benard Riley both posted about how they ordered 3 pairs, ordered the wrong size but received great customer service, and talked all about how amazing the company is. Would love an explanation, because this sounds super SUS, and I can't see how this could have happened any other way.

I’ve had issues since the beginning, I ordered my shoes August 19th it is currently the 17th of September, I was also told my shoes would arrive on Monday of this week it is currently Thursday & no shoes yet at this point I rather not receive any shoes rather just get my money back... I ordered 2 pair of shoes that are said to arrive but reality is... the shoes are never gonna arrive SCAMMERS
