I have ordered a few pairs of shoes from MLO. Often I have hit snags with shipment, but they've always promptly rectified this once I have notified them of the issue. The first time they reshipped my item as they could not track it down. The second time when I notified them of my prolonged wait time since ordering, they promptly had my order shipped after stating an apology for the delays and notified me of their backed up order log... This was made aware to me at purchasing so it was okay. It's clear that they're demand is exceeded their supply, which speaks to the level and quality of their product. I love these shoes... They are comfy and supportive and just a joy to wear. They feel light and airy, as if I have nothing on... Not to mention the price. It is a steal, and a few extra weeks is worth the wait.

MLO's customer service was excellent. Every support team member was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable about their products. They took the time to offer replacements if your chosen product was out of stock or gave me the opportunity to wait for it. They responded to my inquires within minutes. I am a very satisfied customer and I recommend MLO's comfortable, stylish products for everyone. They sent notices about your shipments as well. Also, MLO's prices are very reasonable! It was a pleasure doing business with them!

When I received my order, there was a problem with it and I sent an email right away to MLO. They responded very quickly and sincerely apologized for the issue and promised to look into it further to make sure it didn’t happen to anyone else. Beyond that, their solution was professional and quick and the whole experience was absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend this company, they know how to treat their customers!

I have a feeling most of these bad reviews are either falsified or bots. I just received my pair of shoes and first things I can say are: fantastic quality. Light, comfortable, extremely supportive, good fitting, awesome design and colours. I ordered 11s, and they fit exactly like they should. The bag they came in is nice quality and didn’t get ripped or torn during shipping (which isn’t the companies fault if that does happen, take up a complaint with your shipping provider lmfao) and they’re super easy to slip on and tighten up. I got the DNA T260s or whatever, definitely a recommended company to buy from if you want affordable shoes that are arguably better than the expensive ones from name brands. In my experience, as I’ve owned some overpriced Adidas shoes, these are far better.

I see a lot of whiny, bad reviews about quality, shipping times blah blah blah.. Yes they took about two weeks, apparently you aren't aware of shipping delays on products these days.... they ain't Amazon, be realistic. Quality? Seems to be well made, seams are tight, upper attached to the lower nicely, we'll see how they last. I've had $100 shoes break down in 2 months, nothing lasts for ever. Comfort? Right up there at the top. They weigh like 3 oz each, plenty of arch support, comfortable foot bed, lots of cushion while walking. Design? I had more compliments on my 59 dollar MLOs in a day than my 109 dollar AF1 I've worn 50 times. Sizing? I ordered 13s, I got 13s, they fit like 13s.

So I accidentally ordered the wrong size of shoes. So MLO let me keep them and sent me the right pair of shoes on top of that I’m so grateful. And appreciative that such a small company like this can be so generous.

Received a pair of defective shoes and contacted MLO immediately. They were super quick on the response and they have extremely friendly and cooperative customer service. Was able to get a replacement for my shoes and will be shipping out soon. 10/10 do recommend, great Customer service and the shoes themselves feel and look great too!
