I am not happy at all with this company I ordered my shoes on the 15 of September and it is now October 4. I talked to one employee and they said expedited shipping doesn't count from the day your order it because it takes 1-4 days for a quality check. I think that is BS and then i asked how to keep track of my shoes where exactly they are and they said they couldn't do that (which is fine because not all companies can do that) and i waited a bit longer because expedited shipping says 3-9 days so I thought they would arrive in that amount of time but they didn't and they said it takes 10-14 days like the policy said. So what does the expedited shipping supposed to do? Cause so far it has not done anything (if anyone reads this review DO NOT BUY EXPEDITED SHIPPING IT IS A HUGE RIP OFF) but then the 10-14 days is up and they are still not here i contact an employee and they said it takes 2 weeks and here i am 2 weeks is up and still no shoes. They don't care about YOU they care about YOUR MONEY. And I have seen alot of people say this. This company needs to find a way better shipping process. They also need to take out expedited shipping and update they're website to say it could take up to 3 or 4 months for your shoes to arrive. Because obviously this is a big issue. I will never ever buy shoes from here again. I do not want them to respond to this review because all they are gonna say is "I'm sorry for your bad experience" the only way I will be happy is if I get a refund and I get to KEEP THE SHOES. but thats probably not gonna happen because they do not care about customers
