So reading all the reviews I guess my gut feeling was right. I ordered my shoes on February 6th and got a confirmation email saying the shoes would be in stock on the 20th and would ship right away. I have yet to receive a tracking number or my shoes. I reached out to them and was told they where shipping my order and yet again nothing. What a joke. I hate people like this. You Reap what you sow. I’m sure I’ll get the same BS response like everyone else. Yes I will reach out on fb and Instagram.

I ordered a pair of shoes for 60 some dollars. I got a confirmation email of my order and said I would get a tracking number. I never got a tracking number and they never shipped my shoes. And they won't answer my emails or give me a refund.

I ordered my shoes 1 month ago and I have not received them. I emailed customer service. I received no response. I am going to contact my bank and report fraud so they can investigate. Customer service has no phone number or even the State where MLO shoes are located. Just give me my money back

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE ITS A SCAM!!!!! I ordered shoes 3 months ago. Going back and forth with them they switched my tracking number up 3 times. I still have yet to receive anything. The last tracking number they sent to me (which is not the one originally with my order) said ship to my address. I contacted MLO and they said to contact my local post office, I did. The post office said there is not way its shoes unless it’s baby shoes, it only weighed 9oz. A men size 13 does not weight 9oz. They will not give me a refund or ship me more shoes. DO NOT BUY WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!

My husband ordered a pair of shoes on January 9th. On January 21st, he emailed support for an update and requested a shipping tracking number for his order. It’s now February 9th, he still has not received his order! So he has decided to cancel his order and we will not order from MLO shoes ever again.

Ordered shoes Jan 6, 2020. Still have not received them! They haven’t been able to collage them. Still waiting on logistics? Which I’m beginning to think may not be true at all. They even assured me it wouldn’t take more than a month. Welp! Here we are, at a month. This is annoying. Any other company would refund me at least, or send another order ASAP or do something for their customer. Not assure me something and tell me they’re still waiting on logistics. I’ll have to call the bank and cancel this purchase

I have had the worst experience with this company. They have completely stole my money and will not give a refund. I ordered shoes as a Christmas gift LAST YEAR and they said they “have been received” but when I called USPS, they told me the shoes were never received. The company refuses to refund me and says the shoes are on their way but I have proof they are not. They just keep sending me BS responses and not giving me a live person to talk to. I now am out of money and let down a loved one by promising their great gift was on the way, just to find out that it is never coming. I am reporting this company and suggest no one buys from them. Should have know. They were sketch.

I ordered my shoes the beginning of January 3 pairs to be exact. On the 28th I received a message that they were shipped with a tracking number. I tried to track the package but it said that the package hasn't been received. Ok if one person is telling me there shipped and the other is saying there not then where are they? Ive emailed the company about it but the only thing they say is its shipped and on the way. Ok I need better proof than that when yall received my money I didn't just assure you that I'm gonna pay its ridiculous i have made 3 orders from another company received my items returned a item and received it back before yall have even shipped my thoughts are that this is a dropshipping company the reason shipping is so ridiculously long is because the company doesn't have the merchandise they order it from a wholeseller in China or some other country which is why our American tracking numbers won't work until the product reaches the U.S. and thats fine and dandy had you been honest and stated that on your web page you are misleading your customers in believing one thing when this info is false yall need to be honest with your customers if you want your business to succeed we are supporting you by purchasing your items the least you can do is be honest with us about how long it will take to receive them im very skeptical about using this business again and I'm sure many others are as well which is a shame because the shoes look very nice and are a very reasonable price your customer service just sucks to be frank stop misleading your customers and tell the truth simple as that people spend more money if the company can be trustworthy and I'm sorry but yall are failing miserably on that end I am leaving a 1 star rating now and ill update once my merchandise arrives if ever it does and if not after this week I will be disputing the charges and reporting you and your company not just to sezzle but to poshmark and any other platform i come across with your merchandise yall need to get this shipping situation together and stop lieing to your customers Update February 11th 2021: So still no shoes and we have now went way past the deadline which I was assured it would not be this long go figure after multiple emails I finally was able to gain access to the actual Carrier that is shipping these shoes from CHINA as was expected last I was updated the shoes were recieved in JFK Airport in NY this was on the 7th and its now the 11th with no update this is truly ridiculous and I will most definitely not be using this company again especially since I've found the same shoes online for 14 dollars im not gonna post were because nomatter how wrong I think your doing people two wrongs don't make a right and I'm not here to ruin anybodies hustle I will be updating again probably next month with no merchandise still smh have a great day
