I hate to say it, but I am starting to believe MLO is a scam. I ordered a pair of shoes March 5th. In that email MLO stated "You will receive an automated email with tracking information once the courier updates the shipment in their system which usually takes between 1-4 business days.” I didn’t receive any information until I reached out via Messenger TWICE. They said my order was on its way March 14th with shipping being 10-14days. It has been 10 business days but USPS is communicating they do not have my items in their possession as of yet. I have given up hope and totally believe I have been scammed. I really wanted to believe in this black owned business (as a person of color myself), but their lack of communication and understanding for their customers is lacking. Hopefully they improve in this department soon if they are a legitimate business. Peace and Love

Can't speak to the quality of the shoe but the delivery / shipping processes are absolutely horrendous and the support while responsive, is more or less powerless to do anything but send emails assuring you they are looking in to things. Ordered a pair of shoes in January and they still haven't arrived at the end of March. To anyone at the MLO team reading - maybe there's a lesson to be learned here on the dangers of pouring all your money into paid social advertising without having the proper supply chain structure in place to meet demand. Too bad because I really did like the style of the shoe and was looking forward to receiving it. Won't be doing any business with MLO going forward and to be frank, am VERY wary about buying any type of product I see advertised on Instagram.

I’ve given this company the benefit of the doubt this whole time... ordered Feb 12th... it’s now March 20th! The product would be avail Feb 20th. They finally gave me a shipping number on March 7th ...no updates or movement until the 15th that says the label is printed (IN NEW JERSEY) but there based in Florida! Hmmm...and I’m in Long Island NY ..it’s now March 20th still no sneakers and no mail movement

I have been waiting for my shoes for way too long. (Even longer than the website/email says) I was not provided with a tracking number, had to email them days later to ask for it. Then I was provided with a tracking number that is not even valid yet because MLO has not updated it with the delivery service. This feels like a scam. 100% will not consume MLO ever agin, nor I recommend it to anyone.

Upon the recent review I posted, M.LO reached out to me via reply. LMFAO! That's all I've heard from them I've emailed again and again. So they got a free 100$ bucks off me. This company is trash. Customer service is trash. Throw your money out the window before buying anything from M.LO. ordered these last week of NOVEMBER.

Hands down this has to be the worst company to do business with. I ordered on February 11th, The shoes came out on the 20th and I still don't have a tracking number. This is ridiculous after multiple complaints to customer support I still have no update and now they wont respond. I just want my shoes or cancel my order its simple. UPDATE 03/26/2021 I still don't have my shoes or a refund.

Ordered $158 worth of shoes on Feb 12. Was told it will send the day after Feb 20. I contact them every few days and they keep giving me the run around with “we should have a tracking number in a few days”. They refuse to refund back the money claiming that I will get the shoes. They won’t say when. All they can do is keep saying sorry. The way they communicate is unprofessional. The whole company is complete crap. Odds are they promised a crap ton of people that would have this stock on Feb 20th, they got truck and didn’t have enough shoes to fulfill all the orders. Honestly, I just want my money back....This is ridiculous! BUYERS BEWARE DONT DO IT! PLEASE.

I placed and order on 2-Feb and have not received the merchandise it's been a month now. You only make it harder on legit business will follow the protocol to get my money back. You should be ashamed at what you are doing.
