Poor quality
The quality of the shoes is absolutely terrible. They are flimsy and cheap and run quite small. I will attempt to return them for a refund.

Do NOT Purchase!
I purchased a pair of size 10 shoes (which I normally wear) from this company, tried them on and they were too tight. So the sizing is off. I wore them for less than 5 minutes around the house to see if they would fit, no improvement. Had to take pictures of the shoes, and was told because I wore them, no exchange is possible. Their return policy is draconian in a time where businesses are trying to improve customer service, they are going in the other direction. Save yourself some heartache.

When returning shoes, we do have to ensure that there's no dirt marks, scuffs, or signs of wear to ensure that this is something that still meets the standards we expect of ourselves if returning to our inventory. If there was an error when looking at these shoes however, I'm reaching out via Trustpilot personally to ensure that we get this rectified immediately and another pair shipped out ASAP! Please do have a look at the exact measurements on our sizing guide rather than just our sizes - as these do vary between brands - to ensure that we can get you the perfect size this time round. :)

Extremely unsatisfied
Have waited over a month(June 8th) for my shoes to come and they still haven't arrived. . Just found out they're coming from China. This is a very dishonest company and I advise against buying from them. Customer service isn't helpful and the website won't notify you about shoes that are out of stock

ALIEXPRESS RESELLER!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!
The comment about this company just re selling shoe's that are sold on aliexpress is 100 percent accurate. I found the exact pair on aliexpress for $26.00 when I paid $67. The MLO reply to the previous comment was that "we manufacture and design on our shoes in house" is a pure lie. This company is a disgrace and a scam. I cant believe I fell for it. See for yourself on Aliexpress website. Search the shoe brand "Diwaniya" and you will find the shoe's that this company sells. I am going to let this be known to everyone I can on various platforms. This is wrong for a company to lie like this.

It’s been over a month and I still…
It’s been over a month and I still don’t have my shoes. Will never be ordering from here again. What they do is just order form China so it takes like 3 months I’m sure. just order direct from China and save yourself a ton of money and headache.

Unsatisfied with customer service
Unsatisfied with customer service. I just paid 60$ to have my shoes exchanged an half size and decided I don’t want them. That’s almost half the cost of what I paid. For such expensive shoes there is no reason the customer should be paying for exchanges. I’ll never purchase from here again.

Worst company ever to deal with I…
Worst company ever to deal with I didn't receive my shoes for at least a month I contacted the customer service and they were completely rude and unintelligent and not knowing what they are doing I received my shoes a month later and contacted the customer about sending the shoes back for another pair of sizes realizing that it probably take another month and then had to ship it to another place called elite ops in Spanish fork I sent my shoes there and they now they refuse to give you back the shoes and also denying me my refund for the shoes because they say that they have no idea if they've received the shoes this company is shady and a complete waste of time there's shoes are cheap do not buy from them I also have the names of the customer service Representatives as well that are completely rude and a bunch of incompetent workers Giselle A (MLO) Rigel M. (MLO these individuals that are on the support team are completely incompetent and beware of them they do not give a crap and they will continue to send the same email to you and waste your time

We always advise that a tracking number for any returned package is needed in order to proceed with refund or exchange. Because in this case you do not have those details, we are having to check manually amongst our returned packages with our logistics team to ensure that the shoes have been received. SCAM SITE. Don’t buy.
I have been waiting to get ANY information on the shoes I ordered over a month ago and the company won’t get back to me. I’ve contacted them on every platform: email, Facebook, Instagram, etc. — nothing. In attempts to contact them, I’ve found the exact same shoes they’re ripping off on other sites like AliExpress. I’m convinced they stole my money. DONT BUT THIS SCAM.
