I rarely buy footwear without trying the shoes on, but the MLO Motives looked great in the Facebook Ad and they were also advertised as being 50% off. Reviews were positive and they sounded great. From the date of order it took 20 days to arrive in the UK. They weren't packed in a box, but in a bag and the mail packaging from China indicated the shoes were valued at $8. When I unwrapped the packaging, I was so disappointed at the quality of the shoes. They looked and felt cheap. On closer inspection, the stitching was poor on them and although the shoes were light weight and fitted my large feet, I wouldn't be confident in wearing them for any activities, which involved running. This is due to the flimsy construction and lack of real support. They'd be more suitable for wearing indoors, as an alternative to slippers. Maybe the original Motives got stolen in China and were replaced by an inferior fake version. Since I posted my review, I've discussed my experience with the CEO & President of MLO. They've taken on board my feedback and kindly agreed to provide me with a refund, which earns them an extra star in my rating. I have no bad feelings towards MLO and have the utmost respect for their company ethics.

Just received my DTSF shoes today, and I'm so disappointed. I bought them on impulse because of good reviews on a FB ad, and when I tried to cancel the order, I found out YOU CAN'T! Also if you return them, it's for STORE CREDIT! So be cautious. Now to the shoes... I bought 2 pair. They arrived in dust bags, which is a horrible way to send shoes. There are creases everywhere. They also look and feel so low quality. These were never $100 shoes. They're not even worth the $50+ each I paid for them. There are paint splatters and smudges on the bottom of one pair of shoes and small ones on the sides of the other pair. You can see the glue near the soles which is absolutely horrendous. On top of all of this, they don't even look good on. Absolute waste of money. Update: I stand by my thoughts above, but I no longer think the company is a scam. They have shown genuine care in response to my experience and complaints and were willing to make it right. I hope they are willing and able to improve quality control so that no one else has the same experience as me.

I put a 3 star because I’m in between. The shoes look nice. Was very excited. Added two pairs to cart then checked online for reviews. Reviews I see a few complaints about the quality or breaking upon or shortly after owning. And I see ALOT about how long it takes to receive. I see only Covid responses for these. I got shoes so I’m good. I just wanted them if they aren’t gonna snap on me like Walmart brand crocs. If it takes a bit I can wait I just don’t like being told 7-14 business days then checking reviews saying people waiting 14-30+...

There was no updates given to me on the status of my shoes, I understand COVID 19 delays orders, it would be good if to have an update on when you’re shoes will arrive.
