Hey, I read some of the comments and I am writing this to those concerned about their order. I too, was in the same place. I put in a order on Feb 15th but the shoe was to be restocked on Feb 20th. After that date came and went, I wrote the company on Feb 28th because I had received nothing at all from them. I got a reply back and was told I would get a shipping/tracking number in a week. On March 8th I got it but whenever I checked it, it was still never shipped. In fact, I last checked it 3 days ago and it said was still waiting to be picked up! Anyways, I had kinda wrote it off and forgot about it and lo & behold..the shoes showed up today!! Out of nowhere...and they look cool and feel comfortable, but I don't understand why it takes so long? Anyways, I just wanted to ease you guys concerns. It took over a month, but the shoes did arrive eventually.

Sent me wrong shoes AGAIN... First pair they sent me were not what depicted online then the second pair to they sent me are not similar at all! I ordered my pair December 11th I believe. It’s March 16th and I still have not received the correct pair!

So far my experience with them so far is rather sketch. Nothing seems legit, I'm pretty sure this is a scam, and I don't expect to ever receive my order. It's been 3 weeks so far, and It's a few days passed the availability date but, I have no shipping information as promised, probably won't receive any either. Definitely going to be surprised if my order shows.

Hey there Tarnecia, we usually take 1-4 business days to process orders so sometimes if an order was placed on a Friday (such as yours) you wouldn't receive the tracking details until today. I double-checked this and can see the details were sent out, so we are within our estimated timeframe! Not to worry, your shoes are enroute and should be with you soon :)

Mlo shoes has done a superb job at trying to maintain a real authentic presence; if look closely you’ll notice something is amiss. The shoes that are very well advertised by this small company can also be purchased from Ali Express or Amazon for a much cheaper price. Oddly, there is quite a large variety of similar type shoes or “knock offs” as the company exclaims. ...but who from Mlo is designing the shoe? Well, I guess someone is. The shoes with the Mlo logo on the tongue are customizable shoes anyone can purchase from Ali Express and guess what? They’re much cheaper there. This company does not offer refunds, is not transparent about shipping information and does not seem authentic. Multiple customers have similar complaints about this company about their lack of refunds, lack of transparency and inauthenticity. Their website is hosted by Shopify. If you’d like to purchase this shoe for a reduced price or if you’d like another color-way, visit the Ali express or look around elsewhere first.

Good customer service and replies very promptly. Very poor cancelation service. Once ordered it cannot be cancelled. I ordered 3 pairs with their buy 2 get one free promotion and might have been scammed. Only received 2 pairs of shoes instead. Quite disappointing with this. Shoes are cool in design very poor in quality. Update: so a representative contacted me about the show but it is still not here yet. No update since. Save your money as the product is expensive but you can get a better quality shoe from Adidas or Nike for the same price. Not the best experience overall. Will not change my mind.
