I ordered shoes from MLO is been Al most month before is never arrival this is very bad service I emailed then never response?????

MLO shoes are bought at $20 on Alibaba and resold at $150bucks. But the problem is… they don’t allow returns and poor customer service. More importantly, MLO is not even a business. It’s Doing Business As (DBA). They have no LLC and the location of their business is done at CEO’s home. So it’s impossible to even report to Better Bureau of Business. So these guys are pros in avoiding legal responsibilities. DO NOT Buy from them! It’s fraud to tell customers it’s hand-made luxury when they are printed out of Chinese factory. Report to Consumer affairs on this for fraudulent ads. Tell influencers about lack of customer service support and no customer service support when you’ve paid extra $100 on top of the actual product price. What can you do? Call Your credit card company and report on fraud. And request refund for “no product” arrival in given time. This will trigger them to respond since they would be “panic” mode. 2. if you are reading this and have not received your products, then do the same as above. Always get your money back if you didn’t receive your products. It’s your hard earned money so why are you giving them out so easily on false promise? MLO shoes are available at Wish.com for $20-$25 total. They are shipping from China and telling us it was handmade.. it’s not even luxury brand. Go to wish.com and you will see. Same shoe, same design.. MLo claims they were copied but MLo didn’t design them.

Got curious and decided to buy a pair to try and expected to have them shipped 2-4 days as per email, gave them over a week because of COVID reasons as they claimed and emailed them about any updates at the beginning of April. Got a response back claiming they're having issues processing the order through COVID and would have an update at the 'beginning of April...'. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited nearly a month now and emailed them again. Now they claim they're transitioning warehouses and it maybe another 1-2 weeks before they ship... Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time and money on MLO...

Garbage company!!! Tell you to basically get lost and they do whatever they want to.

Just like others, bought shoes and received email that they would be sent out in 1-4 business days. It's now been 7 and have not received tracking info so I emailed customer support and they were quick to tell me orders cannot be cancelled after they have been paid for. So now I have to wait for them to send the shoes. Package them back up and pay to have them shipped back. Terrible business.

Locks you in for 3 months. Customer service didn't allow cancellation not even a day after the purchase. Shoes look gaudy with their MLO logo in huge font. Don't support these kinds of companies.

I have hade my order in for 8 days and they said they would ship them out in 4 days and I am moving in 10 days and it is my birthday gift I am really disappointed in the way that they are going

I was excited to try something outside of the Nike and addidas norm, when I stumbled upon MLO. All their shoes looked really great and they had a promotion going which made the price very reasonable. I hastily purchased without reading reviews first. No where did it state pre purchase that it would be 10-15 business days until the product shipped, I found later on where it stated that so no issue there. However it has been a little over a month now and my shoes have just now shipped, and it states another 7-10 business days until they arrive. No shoe is worth waiting almost 2 months to get. Their response times to emails were good, the responses themselves were no help whatsoever. Will not buy from them again and can not reccomend anyone else to either.
