Good shoes, terrible service. I ordered a pair of MLO shoes in 2021 and liked them, so when they got worn down I ordered another. It has been two months since I ordered them and I still have not received my shoes. Customer support has been unhelpful and will not offer me a refund. I would caution people against using this service in the future.

MLO Shoes is incredibly disreputable! I'd been eyeing their shoes for a while & they finally got me with the "Free pair" for customers who sign up for their subscription service... Well, both the ad for the "Free Pair" & the web page for it include multiple options. However, it's a COMPLETE LIE! The "Free Pair" is a predetermined black & white pair of which you have no choice whatsoever. I attempted to cancel the subscription with MLO within 5 minutes of subscribing because I realized it was a SCAM! But their Russian "customer service" reps claim they can't cancel any subscriptions until after 60 days/3 payments, which is full price if you even wanted that shoe. So I had to handle it with my credit card company. Apparently, getting a new card issued doesn't even help because Visa & MasterCard send the merchant your new card number if you're in a subscription. Only my last rep at CapitalOne actually escalated it to MasterCard, so they could block MLO's scam. It's really a shame they refuse to handle business reputably. Because I was actually interested in getting some shoes for myself & my mom. But this scam turned me off from the whole company. After having to block them with MasterCard, I can't see myself doing any business with them in the future.

took 30 days to deliver & they are crap. Low Quality, Glue all over the place... Came here to find out they are ordered from wish.com OR suspiciously they look very similar to Fashion TIY. Fashion TIY sells the "NRG s100" for $9.69 Instead of $130.00. They also have the "EVO t200" FOR 19.78 INSTEAD OF $148.00.. They even have the same logo. This is why the feel like 10$ shoes..

It’s been a month and I still haven’t received anything

This has been the worst shopping experience ever. I placed my order March 26th and have not received and correspondence regarding the order or shipping. When I contacted them and asked for them to process a refund I was told it wasn't possible because the order was in the process of being shipped. That was two weeks ago. I sent several follow-ups and haven't received a response. Steer clear of this merchant.

Terrible experience it's been 2 weeks since I placed my order, I sent an email asking for my tracking number and they said I needed to confirm the address, what website ask you that? They come up with the dumbest excuses, still no new from my shoes, I asked to cancel the order and get my money back, they said no per their policies so basically I've been messed up and if you read their policies they are so abusive and charge you for everything even if it was their mistake. DO NOT BUY WITH THEM. I'LL BE SENDING MY COMMENTS WITH THE EXPERIENCD TO SOME INFLUENCER FRIENDS

DONT buy these pathetic quality shoes .. the quality is pathetic .. they will come right of the sole when you are working out and cause harm .. kmart is better thn these low quality shoes .. waste of money

This company is a scam. Your shoes will not be shipped within their stated time frame. When you reach out to support you will be told that they are transitioning warehouses while being on lockdown for COVID-19. Those can't both be possible. They don't care about service. They will drag the process out until your shoes ship, placing the burden on you. Sorry excuse of a company. I wish I dug a little deeper. Avoid at all costs. Update: I was able to get a refund but had to be persistent. Terrible customer service.
