Ordered shoes on March 17th and they were not shipped until May 10th. Took 2 months to get a pair of shoes. After 2 weeks I asked to cancel my order but said they were unable. My son was in desperate need of shoes so we had to go ahead and order something else. They made me pay for the shipping to return and the shipping for the return was almost double the cost that I paid to have them shipped to me. I took my complaints to the company a few times and it fell on deaf ears. I lost about $20 total from dealing with this company.

I had extreme difficulty with this company. Once the shoes actually arrived and I took them out the packaged I realize they were the complete wrong size. I then contacted the company asking for a refund. So they sent me to their website to send in a refund request. Once they told me that I had to pay an extra $11 plus packaging their product in better quality packaging then they sent it to me. Then proceeded to tell me I would only receive $60 back out of the 80+ I had spent. Then I asked if I could exchange the shoes instead of returning them and they said no . This company is a complete scam and will steal from you do not trust them whatsoever. This company needs to be shut down and investigated

Extremely unprofessional customer service department and would not help at all on an issue that was their fault. Absolutely terrible experience, never get anything from this company

These shoes are made in the cheapest way possible with the cheapest materials possible. It’s like wearing styrofoam on your feet. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ITS A SCAM! They will give you what you ordered but it might take forever to get and the quality is dog doodoo. 0/100 stars I’d give it a negative 1 Billion if I could.

All reviews on MLO are suspiciously 5 stars. You try to click on the reviews, but there's no way to see the individual comments. Instagram ad recommended, and the shoes appear low quality.

They said that the delivery will take 10~15 days. It has been 24 days already but has not arrived yet. Customer Service is horrible as well. They can't help you with your complaint. This will be my 1st and last purchase with MLO. Warning to future would-be buyers.

Bought a 2nd pair of shoes. They wouldnt let me return them even though they hurt my foot which recently had major ankle surgery. Said they were final sale. No where did see that. Said no exceptions can be made. They are horrible with customer service and their shoe quality is extremely cheap. Will never shop there again. Youll waste your money. The worst ever. Mark Coppola
