WORST company ever! shoes are uncomfortable, shipping took 2 weeks longer than expected. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION! They will bill you well after you cancel. Customer service was very unhelpful. I rarely write these but they are a 1/10 - straights-up horrible experience

Has been a month and still haven’t received my order. Will never use again

waiting waiting on my shoes, been a month says there in transit been that way 3 weeks. comany info says your in ca. waiting for a stage coach to arrive with them. after reading other reveiws looks like everyones complain is the wait to get them. wish i had read the reveiws before i ordered

I never received the sneakers.

I had to exhange my shoes and still waiting to on them. Have no idea when I will receive them. If it takes 1 more week, I will have to file fraud charges on my credit card

I’ve been hearing the rave about these shoes. How wonderful they are how awesome the true to size fit is! So I ordered two pair with the advertisements. Let me tell you they are not true to size! I’ve been wearing the same size shoe since I was around the age of 18 and these are the first pair that I have bought that are too small. So I contacted customer service explained the issue and they will not even let me exchange the shoes. Hell I’m not wanting the money back just shoes that fit me! But hey they did offer me a whole 15% off My next order. They’ll never be a next order I would never order from this company again! So now I’m stuck with two pairs of shoes brand new they don’t fit me! This tells me customer service isn’t a top priority but its the money that’s the top priority.
