Men's Luxury OutletReviews of mlo.shoes

I brought my lil brothers a pair of MLO and they loved the shoes, they said they very comfortable and they like the style. The reason why I give 4 stars was because it took way to long for delivery. But all in all they great looking shoes and fits well.I just ordered them 3 more pairs!

It's not everyday that a company will bend their refund policy to satisfy a customer. I really appreciate MLO having two representatives reach out to help me find a solution to my problem. With that being said, I based my 4 star rating more on their customer service. Now I ordered two pair of shoes from MLO, called "NICE" and "FLASH." The style and colors of the shoe looks cool and attractive. But if you have any issues with comfort be sure to order the correct size and look at pictures of the bottom of the shoe pattern before you purchase because you may find them to be uncomfortable. Overall I recommend MLO not just for the "Nice" looking shoes but their customer service team is top notch!!

The shoes look great and the quality is good. The only issue I had is that the shoes aren’t true to size, but I got a hold of customer service and they sent out an exchanged pair in the correct size! I’m happy now!

Customer service got back to me promptly. And the shoes look great! Only thing I could say is I wish the shipping speed were quicker.

Still waiting on shoes from August 18th and quite frankly this is the longest Ive waited for any product Ive ordered will update if and when I receive shoes. Update shoes are well as expected and will be getting more shortly. Thank you

I ordered two pairs of shoes. I received them in the amount of time they said I would. Unfortunately, one pair came in the wrong color. I contacted customer service and they quickly shipped out the correct color. Things may not have been perfect but I’m impressed with how quickly they rectified the mistake. I really like my shoes. They’re light weight and comfortable.

My son bought some shoes from this company and did not like them. He didn't know how to do a return so he gave them to me to return. Right at that point Hurricane Laura was heading towards Houston so we into full prep mode, watched storm come through and then dealt with a day without power. When I finally got back to things it was days after we received them. I went to website and they have a 5 day policy. 5 Days? are you kidding me? Anyway I sent an e-mail to ask if we could exchange for another pair. They e-mail back NO. anyway, avoid anyone with a 5 day policy and anyone not willing to work with you in this new COVID world we live in. ...And like the other reviews, this junk is coming out of China! They won't ever get another dime from me.... Goodbye MLO But then they contact me. Sending refund and free shoes on one channel. On other stern customer service person directing me to ship back shoes at my expense and then they will send me the other shoes. Just finally got it boxed up ready to ship. Gotta update trustpilot review. Etc

I ordered shoes and was really happy with quality and feel. I was eyeing them for a while and finally got them. They've been super comfortable and made me go out of my comfort zone!
