I still haven’t received a tracking number or even a expecting arrival date. Can’t find a contact number or even get a refund.

Super unhappy after finding out they get their shoes from Ali express and slap an MLO logo on and change 3-4x as much! Terrible customer service. I wish I could return these shoes and get my money back. I’ll NEVER buy from this company again.

I ordered my shoes in October 10, it’s now November 12 and haven’t gotten my shoes yet. I am giving three stars bc they are nice echoes and the company is polite about everything. I just want to get clarification of why my shoes have been in transit for two to three weeks now.

So I’m a bit unhappy still. I placed my order on October 8th and got an email on the 13th saying my order has shipped. I wait Bc I saw it said it’ll take 3 weeks to get to me even though shipping says about 14 days from the confirmed email. So I’d imagine the 27th but it’s now the 3rd and if you try to track your order it hasn’t updated a single thing. And I reached out on the 27th and they said it was shipped on the 18th which doesn’t line up with the email. I hope they’re atleast worth it

I ordered a pair of DNA's a month and a half ago, and they still haven't come yet. Update: package arrived 2 months after ordering

I like their styles of shoes and they have a great team. The only thing I see that need a lil help is tracking information, other than that they have a great business and response team (A+)

I'm a little worried after reading all these reviews as I've placed an order a couple of days ago. Can just seeing people have the same issues with how they are packaged and badly stitched etc and yet they are still going out in bags and are going out to people without having the quality check done. What will MLO do if I am sent bad quality shoes?

I received my shoes today and have mixed feelings. The 2 week wait time was not unreasonable I buy a ton of shoes and if you purchase from GOAT or Stockx the said is normally much longer although it’s for verification reasons so so biggie there. My real complaint is how incredibly slick the sole is. It’s almost like slick plastic. Now I have to say I really like the look of the shoe and the color choices were great. My two bigger issues are that I wear a 10 so bought a 10 and I can’t get the should tight enough to feel safe running around or jumping in and that the reason I got them so I can keep my more expensive shoes off a old Dirty court. The bigger issue is there is little to no ankle support. Even walking up stairs they feel like they will fall right off. I do wish the company luck the shoe market is no game so if they made it this far they much be doing something right, just maybe not in the pair I bought
