I bought 2 pairs of shoes and got them on september 1st but they were to small. I emailed Them 3 times 4 days ago for exchange and still haven't gotton a reply. I am hoping to get a response on here. It ashame because I do like the shoes update, I have gotton 1 one email with 1 of the bar codes still waiting for the second one

MLO I need help please. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes about a week ago and my account does not say that the order has even been placed even though I have a tracking number for it. What do I do?

So this is my review after having the shoes for a few months. Took forever to come in for one it was kinda ridiculous. The shoes looked very nice once they came in but just felt cheap. One pair actually broke while I was trying them on. Not to mention they’re like $20 all over AliExpress. Granted they’re probs made by a different company they probably feel the same shoe wise. Just doesn’t feel like a sturdy shoe to me. I gave this company a try, the shoes are stylish but won’t be ordering again

I finally got my Mlos. 4 weeks to get. Aside from looking real cool that's where the goodness ends. Didn't find them comfortable and found them cheaply made. Didn't pay a lot for them. And that's OK. Again nice for a cool look but if you plan to do any long walking I would pass.

Shoes are really cheaply made Says they ship out of California but my shop app shows Quanzhou, Fujian. So I don't know how you say you have an inhouse designer that works only with you guys. Ordered size 11 but they are a size too big somehow. Took over a month to get so not going to bother returning.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes; One pair was the wrong size. I asked if I could have the size changed before shipping them to me, they emailed back saying no, they're already boxed up, I'm going to have to wait to receive them, then I need to send them back (out of pocket). So I received the two pair. No complaints about the pair that fits, but when I contacted MLO multiple times via email to return the pair for the correct size I've yet to receive any response. I took to their Instagram comments to say I haven't gotten any word back via email, so their Instagram manager told me to DM them. I thought this would be the end of my troubles; a real person that could listen to my problem and help me. Instead they said to email their support again (and insisted their support is available 24/7), who do not answer their emails, so I did. Still no answer. The one pair is pretty nice, but it's not even close to worth the hassle. Extremely frustrating. Feels like I'm knocking on the door when I know they're home and they just pull the curtains closed and turn out the lights. Still unresolved and seeking help with my order.

I saw ads about this company's shoes on Facebook and I figured that I would buy myself a pair for work. I went to the website and realized that they didn't have size 10.5s, which I take. I contacted the company via Facebook Messenger and they pretty much said to buy the size 11s. I thought that having a pair of shoes that are half a size bigger wouldn't really make a difference so I purchased them. It took a month to get to me, but that's another issue within itself. I got the shoes this past Wednesday (05/26/2021) and tried them out at work and I had a couple issues with them where the shoes were too big for my feet (I thought my feet would wiggle a little bit when running, but not a lot), and the laces were too long. I contacted MLO for a possible return and refund and they wanted me to take and send them pictures of the shoes. The shoes were dirty from me wearing them at work, so the people at MLO told me that their return policy states that the shoes have to be unused and in the same condition. They even had the audacity to give me a discount code, which I won't be using as I will not be doing business with them ever again. It's pretty unfair how their support team on Facebook Messenger told me to get the Size 11, and when they don't fit me I can't get a refund. Shady business practice on MLO and I will be telling everybody I know not to do business with them.

shipping time is one thing, took a while. The shoes are not what I expected but okay. My real issue is everyone says that they are COMFORTABLE but mines are defective! my left shoe is like bending in and hurts my heel. This is straight DOG WATER.... don't want to wait for another pair and probably wont refund.
