It has taken my shoes over 2 months to come in

I wish I would have read the reviews first! I have had the same experience as everyone else, no tracking number, no way to contact the company except by email which does not get a response and two months after receiving an email that the shoes are shipped and still no shoes….. total rip off!

I am still waiting for the shoes that I ordered. I received a shipment updated email on October 20th. Have not received any communications since nor has the status of my order/shipment changed. **I would like to give a shout out to the customer representative who helped me after my order was placed. I ordered the incorrect size and they were quick, polite and helpful to get it changed.

I received partial of my order which was almost a month ago and I still have not received it and I have contact customer rep to cancel my order the product is not the link or need it

If I could give no stars I definitely would. Not only do you have to pay for two months of membership before you can cancel. Even though it says cancel anytime, but you also have to remind them to mail off your order. It has been two weeks after I placed the order and I was originally told a few days and then it turned into excuse after excuse. The whole situation I’ve been involved in with this company has been a headache. Even though all these errors have been on their end I have gotten no compensation or reason to stay. It’s been almost a month and I still have no product to show for my membership and there is no point in ordering anything else since I haven’t even gotten my first order to know if I like what they sell. Honestly I regret even signing up for a membership and doing business with this company. Once I get this membership canceled I will never order from them again.

Don't expect to get your shoes in any reasonable time. Website promises 10-15 days delivery - don't believe it. My order was shipped to me August 15 and it still has not arrived as of today, October 28. It has been "In Transit" since then. I have sent multiple support requests and the company cannot even tell me when to expect the shoes, noting they have "not heard back from our logistics team" nor will they refund me my money because "the order has been shipped." Can't speak to anyone personally and in the US the co only has a PO Box.

I ordered a pair of sneakers on 9/25 for my grandson and have still not received them. I've sent numerous emails to ask and the tracking info is horrible and provides nothing. I have just sent a request for a refund, but noting other reviews, I anticipate that I'll get nothing. As others have stated, stay AWAY from this site.

Anybody giving good reviews are in on the scam!!!! My mom has ordered her shoes 2 months ago and still NO SHOES, NO RESPONSE, & OF COURSE NO REFUND!!!!! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
