Shipping is crap, I still have not received previous orders from August

I purchased a pair of shoes and they had a promotion if I signed up with their VIP I would get a free pair. They advised me that I did not pick a pair but still charged me. I have asked for them to honor that promotion or give me a refund but they also advised that my membership was forfeited and they will not give me neither. I emailed customer service twice but did not get a reply back until a week later. Horrible customer service and horrible policy. Their shoes is not even comfortable and it gets damaged pretty easily just from casual wear. Never purchasing from them AGAIN!

I ordered a pair on 11/10/22 and I haven't received my order. My so was going to wear them for an event. I got a tracking number, it haven't moved. But o well 😕. I feel like I been scam

Worst customer service ever. Have been waiting since the end of July. They keep telling me they are held up in customs. But you would think they would just send another pair out. I am waiting for two pairs to come in.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes at $80 each from mlo on Instagram. THEY ARE JUNK! Absolute JUNK! As soon as I received the shoes It was obvious that I had been ripped off. So, without even trying them on, I went to the mlo website and requested a return or refund... 6 times! and explained why. Good luck with that! MLO claims to have a return policy, THAT'S A LIE! Go ahead, just try to return an item to mlo. You are S out of luck. MLO is a scam!!!!

Was told my pair of shoes shipped out In September and still haven’t received them… have tried to contact customer support several times and have t heard anything back. Save you money and order somewhere else.

Had no issues other than slightly slow in shipping with my first order. Ordered another pair 11/4 and still haven't gotten them. Shows for over a week now that they are waiting to get picked up by the carrier. The first pair lasted my son a month until they were torn, not sure why I bothered ordering another pair for him. Also did the VIP this time in hopes of a free pair as backup, but the ones in his size were ugly and I tried to cancel and get a refund to be told there are no refunds. Going to give it another week or so with my order and will reach out to my credit card company.

Absolute TRASH. SHELL COMPANY. TOTAL RIP OFF YOULL NEVER GET YOUR SHOES. Call your bank, hit these criminals with a charge back. hopefull with enough reviews theyll go out of business. R. is a terrible at her job and wont ever give you a real reply.
