Only giving a star at all so I can blast them! I ordered a pair of shoes for my son's bday mind you a working single mother with no help and for his BDAY and no word on anything until low and behold they send an email wanting me to review the shoes we NEVER even received! I am so disgusted in this company! No shoes no money back just a bunch of bs emails with empty promises!! Straight passport service and not even a phone number! Glad to know I work for whoever the hell owns this bullsh*t company!!!!! I want my damn money back!

I placed my order 11/13 order processed 11/18 still haven't received my shoes and has been in excess or the 10 to 14 day delivery cycle.

Ordered two pair of shoes in August 2022. Received one pair. Second pair still has not arrived and it is December 2022. In November customer service said they got lost and will work on replacing. No word since. Will not order from here again.

I have yet to receive my product that I ordered on 11/11/2022. Nor have I received an email stating my product has been delayed. Today is 12/05/2022. I paid for premium domestic shipping. I received an email my product was shipped 11/17/2022. The tracking info as of 12/05/2022 says info received. I have yet to received anything.

Ordered sneakers on October 22, no tracking data or expected delivery date almost 2 months later!!! It is a scam!!!! Do not order

The delay to receive my shoes plus I had to pay an extra fee for one. And I’m still waiting for my order shoe. Also your customer service is not helping me
