I want to say that RIGEL (and Giselle) were very helpful and replied to me quickly. It was determined that a shipping error had occurred, though NO FAULT on theirs, and they corrected it for me. I truly appreciate their help and professionalism. When shoes arrived, I found them to be comfortable and looked great.

We have ordered the shoes on July 4th, 2021. We have not received any email about the shipment, delivery and/or tracking number. It has been 3 weeks and fifteen business days. The only email reply to my email, was that the shoes were in the “post office.” Not very helpful at all. A frustrating and challenging situation. Money was withdrawn from the C.C and no shoes yet. The shoes did come. Hurrah!! It would very helpful to give information about shipping schedule and transit information. In emails with company they provide information about an app that tracks package. My son loves the shoes and he is happy with them. So I am happy with it, so far. The quality is not clear yet, we will see in months or a year.

I just bought two pairs of shoes on Memorial Day with the 20% off deal. I think they are very affordable for the design however I spun the wheel when I first entered the website for buy one get one free. I tried many combinations and couldn’t find anything to match the buy one get one free deal. I wish the website stated what shoes you could get buy one get one free with because it was not working for me.

I ordered the evo T100 and the T200 plus the dna T240 I got the evo shoes they came at a decent time I can’t complain I’m waiting for the update on the dna but they are comfortable and very light so far my experience is great hope they do kids shoes soon

I brought the XTC200 and Received XTC900.

I love my shoes! I was hesitant like everyone else for months but decided to finally order. I made my purchase the day after thanksgiving and out of concern from the bad reviews stayed on top of the tracking daily! After several emails sent and great communication from customer service, I received my package via USPS the week before Christmas and I’m very satisfied. Although it’s holiday seasons and a pandemic, I would advise customers to keep in mind that depending on where you’re located, it could take up to a month plus.

Like many of you I wondered if I would ever get my shoes, then they showed up. 19 business days. I took to their Facebook page to ask where my order was too. Relax, they aren’t auctioning off your order to the highest bidder. I deducted star(s) because the DTSF and another pair barely have grip on the bottom. Not a huge fan of the rubber material either. The ‘Blade’ shoes are great however. All of the shoes look great, so overall I’m satisfied. Thanks MLO!
