Men's Luxury OutletReviews of mlo.shoes

WOW! I’m so surprised to see I’m not the only person who has been lied to by this company. Stating that shoes are on pre-sale and will be contacted when they are ready to be delivered. I also bought shoes during Black Friday and have NEVER received them. This company is a huge scam and I plan to put reviews about this experience everywhere possible.

Honestly, MLO has been a complete nightmare to work with and I believe the company is about to go under completely. Having ordered from them years ago very successfully, I can tell immediately the red flags in their customer service and delays. They likely are not intending to ever deliver on these orders anymore. I ordered a good 3 months back and have been getting the same copy-pasted responses with no exact timeframes on my order at all being offered. In the past, they would ship within 2-3 days and deliver just as quickly, now it is evident they are just offering a cheap Chinese product they can’t get their hands on anymore for whatever reason. Do not buy from MLO. They try to withhold refunds and cancellations as well on undelivered orders, and are just a complete scam at this point. I will not be surprised at all if they don’t exist in a few months from now.

TOTAL SCAM!! Ordered shoes Black Friday & have yet to receive them. Have reached out several times via email only to be told they have to contact logistics. As of May, still haven't received the shoes nor have they heard from logistics. Save yourself the headache.....don't order!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Like so many others, I ordered as a gift in December 2022. It's now May and I still haven't received my order. I've emailed several times and get the same response 'they are with our overseas shipper' and 'we're experiencing delays'. Fraudulent company and crappy shoes.

Do not buy anything from this company, i ordered shoes in December 2022 and I still have not received them may 2023 writing this. Total scam

Absolute scam of a company. Do not fall for it. Got a subscription to get free stuff (worthless) and they reserve the right to cancel your subscription whenever they please, in which they do not reply to you. Haven’t got my shoes for two months and counting. Don’t be foolish and waste money too.

So it appears MLO continues to author good reviews so their rating doesn’t totally tank to 1*. I challenge anyone saying they received shoes and other positive reviews to post pictures of their shoes on their feet with a current newspaper proving the date. This is a total scam.

Absolute scam of a company. Ordered shoes on April 23rd and still have not received a shipping confirmation, when contacted to refund and cancel my order, I get zero response. Only out there to rip people off. DO NOT BUY.
