Amazing Experience. Shoes are so cute and comfortable!! Definitely will be buying some more. Shoutout to the creators for creating a shoe line that is more just a fashion statement, but a fashion statement with a purpose.

The 1st pair of shoes came in and had a factory defect, I immediately contacted the customer support and they responded fast with each email and sent me a replacement pair as an I'm sorry then told me I may have a choice of another pair of shoes from their selection. The replacement pair came in and they are perfectly fine, they fit comfy and look "Nice" as the name of the shoes say. Thank you for working with me through this.

Update*** I received my 2 pair of shoes and they are so dope and comfortable. Will definitely buy again. One pair from the mens was too small and I will be requesting a bigger size but overall the comfort and quality surpassed my expectations!

Hey Queen, I am terribly sorry to hear that your order failed to deliver the first time around. I assure that is on the carriers end not on ours. I have asked TrustPilot to share your email so we can get in contact and resolve this issue.

Over the past 24 hours I have received REMARKABLE service. many thanks to everyone at MLO. We are struggling with many issues at once and faith is a hard word to believe in right now. But we have all seen that’s there’s still good, kindness and honesty. I look forward to continuing business with MLO
