Had an issue with the delivery
Had an issue with the delivery, I think Usps list it, Mixperfume immediately corrected it, sent the product again and even a little extra gift!!!

USPS causes shipping delay
I was upset that my Coco Parfum wasn't received in a timely manner I had ordered it well ahead of the holidays but the post office held up the shipping--it was not the fault of Mixperfume. They resolved the issue and although I was out of state at Christmas it was here when I returned, along with two nice samples. Thank you!

I recieved the right vile, but wrong scent!
There was a mixup. It will be taken care of! Customer service is really great! Send it back yesterday! Will reorder! Wonderful experience!

Slight mixup on the quantities of fragrances I ordered but they were quick to make things right and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the product and you can't beat the prices of the fragrances they have

Love all my Creed and Chanel decants! Amazing experience
The best way to try luxury perfumes in a budget! All my perfumes arrived in colorful decants. I ordered Chanel Comete and couple Creeds which are impossible to afford in a full bottle and I am going to order more!!! Thank you!
