I've contacted them to cancel my order 3 times since it has not been fulfilled. No Answers. They printed a shipping label just to show there's progress in my order. There's zero progress. Horrible company. As others have stated, you can't even get in touch with them.

Wrong fragrance, leaking atomizer, and no customer service I ordered a 5 mL decant of Chanel Coco Eau de Parfum in a black atomizer. Instead, I received a leaking blue atomizer containing a completely different fragrance that had been incorrectly labeled as Coco. I compared it directly with both an authentic full-size bottle of Coco EDP and a smaller Coco sample I had previously purchased from this company. The fragrance in the new atomizer smells nothing like either one. I contacted the company multiple times, provided photographs of the incorrect and leaking product, and requested either a refund or the correct item. As of writing this review on October 12th, I have received no response. I also experienced delayed shipping and unanswered customer-service messages with a previous order. Receiving the wrong product was disappointing enough, but the complete lack of communication has made the experience considerably worse. I will not order from this company again. Update: One of the owners contacted me Monday night and explained that the company is currently transitioning between customer-service providers, which caused my messages to be missed. I received a full refund and a $10 store credit, and I appreciate that they ultimately resolved the issue. However, the original order still arrived leaking, contained the wrong fragrance, and was incorrectly labeled as Chanel Coco. Better quality control before shipment would have prevented the entire situation. I’m updating my rating to acknowledge the resolution, but I do not plan to order again.

I recently ordered a 2ml decant and paid $4.99 for shipping. However, I received a "Postage Due" notification from USPS stating that I owe $7.47 in order to receive the package. Because this balance is due to a hazardous materials / underpaid shipping issue on the fulfillment side, I refused delivery of the package and notified the merchant IMMEDIATELY, asking to issue a refund in two emails, on Sep 22 and Sep 28 of 2026 - NO RESPONSE, NO REFUND. Had to spend my time filing a chargeback with my bank. Beware of this seller.

Placed an order beginning of September. Still has not shipped, no tracking, nothing. Emailed twice asking for updates but have received not a word back. Incredibly disappointed and will give them a few more days before I contact my bank.

HORRIBLE! Don’t waste your time and money. My first order arrived was over a month late. They did give me extra samples and a discount on my next order so I decided to give them a second chance and I totally regret that now because after spending a couple hundred dollars I still have only received a few samples some of which were not even the ones I asked for instead of two of the full-size bottles of perfumes I ordered and other large samples I ordered. I had messaged them multiple times and it took over a month before I finally got a response that is when they finally sent me a few samples that aren’t even the ones I requested. Their excuse was that it was out of stack yet their website showed that the travel size was so I requested that instead of the 2.7 ounce bottle that I get the equivalent in the travel size. They took over two months to respond and tried to offer me something else. I responded back immediately saying that I only want the scent that I ordered again, two months later and they say that now they’re out of the travel size as well. I had placed two orders and still have only received a few samples. I said I would just like a refund now and still have not gotten it.

This is an update to my review of MixPerfume. I had received the wrong perfume and was having trouble reaching them. They did get in touch with me to resolve the situation. They do provide a great product.

Non existent customer service. Took over a month to receive my order. Reached out twice during this period of time to inquire about the delay and received no response. Once my order finally arrived, it was incorrect (incorrect sizes, fragrances, & color of travel spray case) and one of the bottles had a leaking/defective atomizer. Reached out again for support, zero response.
