I made a purchase on April 17, 2026. It is now July 29, 2026 and I don't have my purchase. I got an email with tracking info - that doesn't work. I've emailed support at the email they provided for that purpose - NO RESPONSE after sending detailed information about my order. I waited a week and emailed the email address they said to use for support - AGAIN. Again, no response. Essentially, they will gladly accept your $ then NOT fulfill the order and then IGNORE your inquiries as to why. Don't let them scam you!!

I ordered a Celtics hat and it didn’t look like what was advertised. It’s definitely not worth 44.00. Very disappointing. I will not order from you again

Somebody needs to stop this so called company from ripping people off! Bought a Celtics had that showed weathered cloth that had embroidered lettering. And it was expensive for a hat 45 dollars. Received a polyester hat with a print of what they showed in picture. Wish I could show advertised picture and the one I received not the same. I contacted them and mixiprint said we will give you 15% return. I said I want full return but I would have to cover shipping which be more than 45 dollars.

I am going to contact BBB about this company! The items I ordered was nothing what I ordered! CHEAP! When I contacted the company they wanted the order #, which covered up by a forward that cost me 16.35! They sent it to the wrong address! HELP me to replace or get my money back!

The photo of the ring I ordered is NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE!!!! Total ripoff. Do NOT order anything from this company!!!

I paid £34.96 for a ring. When it was delivered it was nothing like the ring pictured. In fact it was just a sticker placed onto a piece of base metal.

Beware!! Intentionally using misleading or other products' photos to sell cheap immitations that are nothing like what they show in the pics.. this is the 2nd time i am falling for it buying through insta, so i guess shame on me.. never again.
