Worst company I have ever had to deal with!! Never again

I ordered a size I normally wear it was way too big email them about sending it back so I can get another size never responded sent the second email still no response third email and nothing I am disputing with my bank.

I ordered a Spurs Vintage T-shirt and got sent some off brand T-shirt, Now I’m having to wait weeks for a refund due to their mistake and would not exchange. I wish I had read all these reviews.

Horrible customer service. UPS claimed custom charges upon delivery, for which I did not have the cash at hand. UPS took the package with them and Mitchell & Ness is just not capable of relocating the package. No refund, no other solution was proposed. Terrible experience

They sent me a jersey with some marking on the number on the back of the jersey. I didn't catch it until I removed the tags. I contacted them to request an exchange as I still want the jersey--I just don't want to have paid over $100 for a brand new jersey with a marking. They refused because the tags had been removed. What a joke.

They are some scammers told customer service that I used a promo code and got charged full price. Now all of a sudden there is an error in my order and they already charged my account. Bunch of scammers don't buy from this company.

Terrible customer service. Never received my order and they couldn’t help me because they said UPS claimed it was delivered, when the delivery picture was just the box in the truck. Will never purchase from this broke company again.

bought dan marino jersey and guess what no name on the back = not a marino jersey, then guess what, no reply from them about it, only respond to paypal refund order = crap will not use again fanatics and a ton of other websites that all look the same.. vote with your pocket because we dont want crap service in exchange for high prices.
