This is the worst company I have ever dealt with - they PRETEND to be accomodating and never return your money. These were the issues: 1. Item didn't arrive in a month. I askedif it shipped, they were nice but liedand said yes, 2 more weeks until shipping. 2. Wrong Jacket, Size too Small and Wrong Color showed up 3. Website said guaranteed and would pay return shipping - they would not, even after requesting and I sent pictures of the wrong jacket. 4. After I asked for a return label- they did not actually say "no" but instead again asked me to pay shipping and that it had to be to them within 2 days (to Fla from CT). Impossible. So essentially no money back.

The product looks nice in the pictures, but the quality and customer service is trash. I was delivered a damaged jacket, and the customer service has done nothing but delay on resolving my ticket. Do not purchase from MistyMen.

Products and customer service are very poor quality. Mistymen assumes no ownership of problems .Dont shop here !!!

Ordered two jackets in size small. They arrived, one was a small and too big the other arrived in a medium (so wrong size) but fit correctly. Which means their sizing chart is way off. I requested a shipping label (as it states for us to do when we wish to return) I get told to return it at my cost.. wait a minute! You're sizing chart is innacurrate and I have to pay? Never again.

This website is a fraud - they are shipping the items from China so take over 2 weeks to arrive, with no meaningful tracking system. The item I ordered arrived late and was incredibly undersized for a XL, more like a children’s L. They also imply on the website that returns are free (“we will send you a shipping label”); but in fact, you are responsible for paying for shipping your item BACK TO CHINA. Only after receipt, which based on their location could be a risk that the item will even make it back, will they consider refunding you.

I had the very same experience as another customer, I ordered a jacket then went to apply a " discount" code and I automatically added a second jacket. I IMMEDIATELY reached out via email, no phone number, and I was told the order was already in process and couldn't be cancelled. I will dispute this with my cc company.

I ordered one jacket, then when trying to confirm they automatically added a second to my order without any review or confirmation! Now they're refusing to stop the order even though I reached out MINUTES after.

Found two jackets I rather liked online and bought them. The first jacket was fine I guess, pretty much what i expected but definitely not terrible, the second one was a different story. The second jacket arrived later then the first, was the wrong size then I ordered and the internal lining weren’t stitched together properly leaving holes. I contacted them with photos and explained the situation expecting since it was very obvious and apparent what was wrong that they would be easy to work with. Instead they told me that the best I they can do for a give me a discount to but the jacket again from then essentially rolling the dice to see if this time I’m a winner or I could pay to ship the jacket back to them on the trust that they will then pay me back for the cost of the jacket alone shipping not included. When I went to leave a review online I found that they don’t have a way to do so as far as I could see at the time which should have been my first indicator that they are a scam website. I told them to go stuff themselves and that I wouldn’t give them anymore of my money if they won’t give me any reason to. I’m essence buying from mistymen is like a mystery loot box, you might win an average jacket or you might be nothing.
