About 3 weeks ago I called for info on a Heloc thru Lending Tree. I was referred to a secondary mortgage lender and spoke with Joyce from Mission Loans in Irvine! After numerous inquiries & questions regarding my needs, Joyce recommended applying for a 2nd mortgage at a great rate! She provided great CS, answering all my questions, working thru different scenarios, best payment plans, rates, closing fees, etc! In the end, we closed our loan, and will be completing our two major renovations & saving money! This was made easy by Joyce’s recommendations, and Kat’s loan closing process! They worked together to gather all the information needed to achieve our goal! Thanks Mission Loans! Highly recommended!

Nolan Ennis and Jared Goldhamer were very professional and easy to work with. They kept me up to date every step of the way, even involving their boss to help with an after hours issue that needed to be handled. They were friendly and made the whole process easy.
