Here’s my honest review. We weren’t planning on refinancing until I received a call from Phillip Armstrong at Mission Loans, he helped us with our original loan. I enjoyed working with Phillip & was disappointed when our file was transferred to Matt Smith. I imagine Matt was a bit nervous as was I, but that nervousness faded quickly as I realized how professional & knowledgeable Matt is. He guided us to the finish line with our loan & was extremely professional in doing so.. The entire process was finalized thanks to the care Matt took. I really want to thank Matt for his help, we truly appreciate everything he did for us, we placed trust in Matt Smith & Mission Loans & we’re very happy to say, we are not disappointed.
