Thank you for sharing this!! There’s something so rewarding about making memories while serving others and seeing the difference your time can make. We’re thankful the Lord allowed you to be part of His work in West Virginia!!

The staff was great and always checking in on us at the worksites to make sure we didn’t need anything. Seeing how much of an impact we were making on the lives of the people we were for made the long drive out there and back completely worth it.

It was just another way of showing the beauty of the kingdom of God. The service was fun and enjoyable and the impact we got to leave behind was unforgettable. God was present in bluefield!

This is exactly what we hope a week of mission looks like!! Serving with purpose, enjoying the people around you, and leaving behind something that matters. We’re so glad you could recognize God moving in Bluefield and were able to be part of it!!

My students had an amazing week! They loved the projects they worked on, they were excited to pray with the people they served, and the accomodations were some of the best we've ever had on a mission trip. Definitely will be working with Mission Discovery again.

We are so glad your students had such a meaningful experience!! It’s wonderful to hear that they enjoyed the work and, even more importantly, were eager to share the love of Jesus through prayer and service. We can’t wait to see what the Lord has in store for your next trip!!

Mission Discovery is an amazing organization that you can just see how God’s hand is working and guiding it all. As a youth leader, I felt properly equipped to tend the worksite at hand (even though I have no carpentry skills at all) and I felt beyond cared for to prepare for the next day of service. They are so intentional, detailed and compassionate. Thank you for obeying Christ and for all you did, Mission Discovery… our mission trip changed lives and you played a huge part in that!

This is such a blessing to hear!! Thank you for trusting us with your youth team and for recognizing the heart our staff puts into serving leaders and students. We’re so grateful the Lord used this experience to change lives, and we’re honored to have been part of what He was doing!!

Everyone was very welcoming not only with hospitality and stuff but also with the aspect of being brothers and sisters in Christ. I also enjoyed worship every night especially with jimmy leading us.

This means so much to us!! Creating a community where people feel welcomed, loved, and united in Christ is at the heart of what we do. We’re so glad the nightly worship times, especially with Jimmy, were a blessing to you!!
