Coco Butter Cashmere
Last year I purchased Coco Butter Cashmere body butter and I LOVED it! Each time I used it I received compliments so much that I decided to buy it for two friends but instead of the body butter I got the oil big mistake! It is not an oil as advertise whatever oil that was used solidified and has to be melted to use.

Hey love! Thank you so much for your feedback — and I’m so glad you enjoyed the Cocoa Butter Cashmere Body Butter! I also wanted to clear up the confusion about the “oil” version you purchased. Cocoa Butter Cashmere is a tallow-based blend, which means it’s made with real, nutrient-rich tallow and butters. Because of that, it behaves more like a balm than a traditional liquid oil. Tallow naturally solidifies at cooler temperatures, especially during the colder months, so it can firm up in the jar. The good news is: If you place it in a warm spot for a little while, it will soften and melt right back into a smooth, spreadable oil/butter. Even warming it between your palms will help it melt quickly. Nothing is wrong with the product — that’s just the natural behavior of pure, non-chemically altered tallow formulas. If needed you can return the oils and I’ll replace with 1oz body butters
