Thank you so much for sharing such a meaningful reflection on your journey with Mishkah Academy. Reading about your progress from learning the basics of Noor Al-Bayan to being able to read the Book of Allah with confidence means a great deal to our entire team. We are especially grateful for your kind words about Sheikh Ahmad. His patience, care, and dedication reflect the standard we hope every student experiences at Mishkah Academy. Knowing that the lessons helped strengthen not only your recitation but also your relationship with the Qur’an and your faith is truly the greatest reward for us. We also appreciate your comments about the flexibility, organisation, and support of our administration. Our goal is always to make learning accessible for students with different schedules and circumstances. May Allah continue to increase you in knowledge, strengthen your connection with the Qur’an, and make it a source of guidance, peace, and blessing throughout your life. JazakAllahu Khairan for trusting Mishkah Academy and for being part of our community. We are honoured to have shared this journey with you. 💙

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify that the requested refund was processed in accordance with our refund policy. Unfortunately, there was a delay due to an issue related to the banking/payment process, which was outside the academy’s direct control. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by the delay. The matter was subsequently resolved and the refund was completed. We always aim to respond to our students and families as promptly as possible and continuously work to improve our communication and payment processes. We appreciate the positive feedback regarding the classes and Sheikh Ahmed, and we wish you and your family all the best.
