After opting in for a free trial, I found it very difficult to opt out before it went onto billing at the end of the period. Otherwise, a good bit of software.

Nice for a quick collaborative sketching session, but someone will delete or move other people's work accidentally sooner or later, and it's no Figma alternative although some designers misuse it as such.

Thanks for sharing your experience. We recommend enabling version history and board backups to give yourself some peace of mind. You can find walkthroughs and other best practices in the Community Forum (https://community.miro.com/). In future, might we suggest locking the content on your Miro board so that your content cannot be moved. Please see this article here: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408887253778-Locking-content-on-the-board for more information on locking board content.

This is a great product, on desktop. It’s frustratingly limited to manage on mobile devices, and the billing. Well others say it better but it’s so opaque and hard to manage you can easily over pay for the service. Great desktop app if someone else is paying. Horrible when you need to manage payments and permissions yourself on tablets and mobile devices.

Good program and service. Billing irregularities are frustrating. Feels like a cheap trick that when you remove members of your team you have to complete a secondary step to physically change the 'team size' so that you are not billed for 'empty spaces' waiting to be filled. This is just a revenue maintenance trick and frankly feels unethical.
