These are the scummiest bunch of people I've ever encountered. When you try to cancel a free trial, they won't let you! They wait until the trial finishes and charge your card MULTIPLE TIMES trying to get the money. I have messaged every single team, and they will not respond. I have to now cancel my card and get a new one so that they stop trying to charge. One of the people I sent an email to responded saying "This is not the right team." I then said, "why would you type that in an email instead of forwarding it to the appropriate team?" And got no response.

I am very dissapointed with Miro customer service. One can not reach them through the phone, no option. And filling complains through website take you nowhere. If at last you get a contact its generic reply, or they give you an answer that is not related to your question. Trying to cancel subscription is a mission impossible. I am out.

Not possible to cancel trail subscription Miro has made it impossible for me to cancel my subscription, and there is no customer service I can reach out to. I don't understand how not having a CS is in any way legal.

Esta app va muy mal , porque las cosas se borran de repente y desaparecen además al trabajar en grupo no deja pulsar el mismo texto a la vez en conclusión no me ha gustado nada no la recomiendo para nada.

While Miro is great for ideation and collaboration, boards become so big, poorly organised and unweidly that they're imposisble to read and navigate. For environmental reasons, I use my laptop screen to view content and I cannot make sense of a board even when I zoom. My mousing hand is so sore from trying to make sense of a pile of info someone has plonked on a page - with big numbers, to try to show you how to work thorugh. I work for many large corps and they're all using it, but I absolutely despise having to go into it and my hand hurts each time. It's impossibly unhelpful for project work. I have asked people to export content and provide it to me in another way...such a bad ux if you're relying on content to build a story. I imagine if you had a ux person designing a board it might be a bit better - but how many of us have this person type in our project groups?
