Cool software, but they have abusive billing practices. It's very hard to select the lowest tier. Once you get the business plan, you cannot downgrade without writing to support. Then support is very unhelpful. So I guess you just overpay until you eventually cancel out of frustration.

They make it easy for a guest to "request to be added," bug you to accept the request, but don't tell you that doing so means YOU ARE NOW PAYING FOR A LICENSE FOR THAT PERSON. Repeat, they don't tell you that an action you take is placing a recurring charge on your credit card. To undo this, there are three or 4 byzantine steps you have to take to remove the person in MULTIPLE places before you can start being charged. I was only able to do this with the help of the support team and it took more than 3 emails for me to figure it out, either because it was confusing and I did it wrong or because there was always another place where the person had to be deleted. Please connect with me if you are interested in filing a class action lawsuit over this.

SSO Handling unterirdisch, PW für ein Board, das man schon 10x mit seinem User besucht hat, muss jedes Mal neu eingegeben werden, auch wenn man das PW bereits eingegeben hat und dann auf den SSO User switched. Bei vielen Inhalten äußerst unübersichtlich und Navigation Null intuitiv. Ladezeiten meistens sehr langsam. Man sieht nicht ohne weiteres, wer welchen Inhalt erstellt hat.

Ctr Z geht nicht! Wenn etwas gelöscht wurde, kann man nicht wiederherstellen. Und es gibt keine History auf die man zurückreifen kann.

Collaborative diagramming works well. However, avoid Miro if you want any ease of use for moving files between teams, permissions, etc. It is incredible how hard they make this Also, recently their (normally great) UX has been suffering, probably because they are trying to support an endless number of integrations

Apart from some missing shapes functionality, the product is good. Have been using it for years on free and first pricing level. Pricing is transparent when you don't need the enterprise level. However, the salesmen of the Irish office are terrible timewasters. Even with specific needs stated in an email, they will waste your time in a long meeting in which they will not be able to answer basic product feature questions, typical "I will get back to you" (=knows nothing). Afterwards you will get ghosted after they finally bother to read your multiple initial emails or when they will realize they cannot milk you on the enterprise level. Extremely unprofessional, thankfully there are many whiteboard clones of Visio similar to Miro.
