I see there's a lot of negative reviews lately, and I think most are due to peoples unrealistic expectations on delivery time. I placed a ~$1000 order on April 26th fully aware that I was late to the party and I felt quite skeptical as I really had no idea what delivery time to expect. Along with the order confirmation there was also an email stating that due to the current situation there was a minimum lead time of 4 weeks on stocked items and there was also a 8 week backorder on some of the items that I ordered. So I assumed a minimum of 8 weeks delivery time. Well, last Friday (may 27th) I was positively surprised when the package arrived at my home here in Norway almost 4 weeks earlier than my most optimistic estimate. I think some people need to calm down and accept the fact that there's a lot of people all over the world trying to get their hands on CBRN equipment right now. As i had my expectations set right from the start dealing with Mira Safety was a positive experience. The only negative thing I can think of is that the current lead times and backorder information that I received by email _after_ placing the order should be put upfront on the website. Being honest about your delivery times upfront would probably not scare away as many customers as you think, and would lead to less negative reviews. Anyway, thank you Mira Safety, I won't hesitate buying from you in the future. -Roger
