Thankfully I don't have direct first hand experience NEEDING to use this equipment, but it appears high quality and suitable for the task. I feel like I received great quality gear for a great price. What really stood out to me though: the customer service. I first had an issue where my credit card declined the online charge. Upon fixing the issue with my bank and reaching out to Mira, I was promptly taken care of with care and understanding. Then, when I incorrectly thought that maybe I had missed out on some promotional pricing, the team was patient and empathetic, despite me being incorrect in my initial assessment.
