Got the half mask they sell loved the product but the covers for the value that let's air out feels and looks cheap (it looks like a kid 3d printed the piece) but still works and feels amazing

Their filters are amazing, and their customer service is great. I just wish the CM-8M came in different sizes.

MIRA Safety products and kits are a must for shelter in and bugout situations and family security just in case. I rather have what I need in preparedness, then not have for at all in a dire situation.

Customer service is great. I didn't receive my SOF-77 filter because my mailman put it in the wrong box. I contacted USPS and MIRA Safety. I received confirmation from the postal service that my package was indeed left in the wrong box, so now I'm waiting for help trying to file a claim. Very frustrating to say the least, but hopefully Mira will send one out asap. In the future I definitely will pay the extra shipping cost for UPS or FEDEX. I'm still giving 4 stars because they are doing what they can, it's just frustrating since I was placing this last order before I have to move at the end of this month.
