Ordered a product and decided it was overpriced. When I contacted them shortly after the order, they said it was already shipped, that when it arrives (in France), I should not accept it from the postman and have it sent back, which I did, and that I would be reimbursed. Waited a couple of months and MIRA informed me they never received the package. I had the French postal service track the product and they informed me it had been returned to the US and MIRA would have to inquire of the postal service there. A couple more months passed and each time I contacted MIRA I was informed that they were still waiting an answer from the USPS. Eventually, they said the package could not be located, no reimbursement.

Absolutely appalling. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering myself. Ordered my products and after a slow but still acceptable waiting period, I received a shipping confirmation for 60% of the products. These arrived, but there was nothing of the other 40%. When I followed up with support to request a status update I received a totally inadequate response, suggesting I may may ‘missed’ the products in the packaging and ignoring entirely the fact that there had never even been a shipping confirmation sent for the other products. I have followed up another 4 times now with zero response.

I'm so disappointed about Mira safety, I don't know where to start... I ordered the Tactical Air Purifier Mask (TAPR). On the picture, the included website description was written the mask comes with filter, harness and all the other items. I was super happy and couldn't wait for it! It took almost 2 months to arrive, what is ridiculous and special to blame it on Covid... The package only included the mask (body). I reached out to the support via mail, and they told me this is basically my problem. I couldn't believe that, really you advertise ELITE SERVICE... I wrote again with pictures of the purchase and the supposed included material. No one replied anymore... I tried chat, phone, email and contact form. After another 1.5 months finally some one decided to reply... I was very upset and disappointed how they treated law enforcement employees... and told them. Finally they agreed to refund the amount after sending it back... another 2 weeks. The interesting thing is, after some time, I found the same product again for 75 dollars and I made a screenshot and sent it to them if this is now really with everything, but as expected, they screw up again. Smart would have been to send me the missing material, this would be a good customer support. HORRIBLE customer support and service, product and to have the audacity to blame every failer on Covid... come on.

Don't order from these people. They are lying about delivery times. It's a constant fight to get them to tell the truth. They get your money up front, lye about delivery and stall you. They said they forgot to ship my order. When it finally came. It was short. Ad says 5 to 7 days lead time. It's been 2 months and counting. Don't trust them. Look them up on BBB

On March 2nd 2022 I ordered $816 worth of gear from MiraSafety and paid for express shipping. By the 13th of March they still had not shipped my order and when questioned about it several times they keep saying the same thing over and over proving how incompetent the customer service and business as a whole is. It is March 31st now and still the gear was not shipped nor was I refunded after asking 3 or 4 times. Do not waste your time or money buying from this company. Update as of April 16th 2022 I still have not received my refund and ordered on March 2nd . Do not waste your time this Mira company is out here scamming Americans

After 10 weeks from my order, they want to change one item, paying more!!!! I have to received my order in 4 weeks. After I've canceled my order, because they fail to send me the order and worse they change my order asking me to pay more, they refund me without the postage costs, around 80$!!!! Please avoid this company!!!!
