Avoid! Faulty CM-8M gas masks. As a past customer, I was eager to order gas masks even though they are very expensive. I assumed the quality would match the price. I was very wrong and very disappointed. The CM_6M mask seems fine but the upgraded top-of-the-line 8M has a tiny little hydration tube that cannot be reached by any human mouth. None of the YouTube reviews mentioned it so it was a surprise. A friend of mine also bought one and has the same issue so it is a design flaw. We contacted Mira numerous times and asked for a fix. Their eventual answer was it is fine the way it is. RIDICULOUS ANSWER! They then said that the the solution is to 'squish the mask hard to your face to drink"! Seriously? This is a $325 mask not including the $75 filter. So, in order to use the mask in the type of emergency situation it is designed for, they expect you to connect a specially designed canteen (CAN'T use other water containers so don't lose it!) to the tube on the front of your mask and hold it above your head to get flow. Then you have to set your gun or knife or anything else in your other hand down so you can "squish" your mask to your face AND hold it that way the whole time you need to drink, and repeat every time you need a drink. It is very difficult to do and seems insanely stupid to do with a piece of emergency life saving gear. If you are wearing this mask you are in a dangerous situation and you will get thirsty and you will be sorry! Here is the kicker- they refuse to accept a return 'due to Covid' and 'difficult times'! Covid was 2 years ago and now it's me that has the difficult times. Do not buy from this company!

Customer support is great. Product is not. The straps are very low quality. They are super thin and do not pull tight very well to get a good seal. The drinking straw is super short you have to smash mask against face to reach it. The connection is a proprietary connection to the provided canteen. The cap on supplied canteen does not fit on any other canteen the threads are also proprietary. The filter also shipped a week later than the rest of the order. Very disappointing.

2 months in and Mira still haven't sent me the products I've bougth and haven't gotten a refund either. Customer support is directing me elsewere... I'll update this review incase they give me back my money! Update 09/21: Mira requested that I add more details and reference for the order, I will eventually provide them with those details but I wish to see if they are willing to comply to US customs international laws without me having to go public at Trustpilot. Therefore I'll remain anonymous. For reference my order had a value of 1200 - 1400 USD ! Update 24.01/17: I lost 1400 USD, do not buy from these, buy from Avon protection, those guys are serius.

I place an order with Mira in August of 2022 for two LV 4 plate (a total of $500), they immediately took my money and printed a shipping label the next day. Along with the tracking information they sent an email explaining that they print shipping labels in bulk to expediate the process but there will still be a lead time. The email also said to be patient and not to contact them as it would slow the process. I proceeded to check the tracking number daily for updates, there were none other than the one saying that the printing label was printed, then the tracking number expired. At that point I attempted to get in touch with them through the phone, which was impossible to say the least. I finally gave up on trying to contact them by phone and sent them an email trying to figure out what is going on (this was done in March of 2023). they replied to my email the next day telling me that they were going to check with UPS. One month later (now April of 2023) they sent me an email stating that my order was in transit and that they could not refund or replace any items (basically they told me to F-off). They sent another email giving me 20% off my next order with them for my troubles. I replied to them with a not so nice email and told them that I will be calling them first on the following Monday. I finally got in touch with them over the phone and before I could even say anything, they knew it was me and assured me that my order was on its way, so I let it go and waited, until I got a random email from them saying that my claim was going up the chain, so I waited again to see if anything was going to come of it. I contacted them one again (this time in June of 2023) to see what's going on with my order, their reply was that they didn't hear anything from the higher-up's and they were going to check, that was the end of the conversation. Later in the week I got an email yet again saying that they were not going to refund my money or replace the items except this time they told me it was my fault for not contacting them early enough and told me that I should have purchased their shipping insurance, oh and they gave 25% off my next order with them. I will not let them get away with this, I will fight them with everything I have, even if it involves me pressing charges against them. DO NOT do business with these people, they are thieves.

AVOID! Ordered equipment they advised was in stock and given 3-4 business days to ship. Rec'd email confirmation 8 days later packages delivered, they were not. I immediately contacted MIRA and got response the deliver time frame would be 8-10 days. Next response was 3-4 weeks. Just, give me an HONEST time up front. No way ti speak to a person I TRIED. Only computer generated email responses, and the CHAT was not live. Unable to cancel order so I was forced to call my credit card company. May be a good product but the website championed their "Elite Customer Service" IS A LIE.

I have ordered a 1-day delivery for a very urgent and life-threatening issue which took 2 MONTH TO ARRIVE. I have of course paid extra for it to be fast. As it was so freaking late I was not at the delivery location to receive it and it got shipped back. As I contacted the company about this they said they do not return money for an extra fast shipping time according to their “Terms of Service” - how convenient, and that I’ll have to wait for the item to return back to them to receive my money back. So it’s been almost a year now, the item is stuck at the customs and clearly is requiring some action on their part to be released. When I wrote to their customer support they initially said I’ll have to wait more and than just started to ignore me when I contacted them again in a few month of nothing happening. SO I GUESS IN 20 YEARS OF NOTHING HAPPENING I’LL “JUST HAVE YO WAIT MORE”?! Absolutely disgusting, I’m going to be taking legal action

Tried to use GovX Deal, MIRA 10x12 lvl 4 plate is advertised as 118.96USD on GovX. Tried to purchase but the price was no where near the advertised price... Contacted the live agent chat, Max (the agent) told me the listing was for side plates (6x6,), but I proved him wrong by sending him the GovX link with 10x12 in the description. After I sent him the link he told me they are having issues with GovX and they are trying to fix it. Would you trust your life with a product from a company that is using such interesting marketing tactics? They would not even honor the deal as advertised on GovX. In this world where people play the liability game, a few hundred dollars is one thing, but do you want to trust them with something that is supposed to increase your chance of survival? I don't
