Mionza does not sell fraudulent jewelry. All of our materials, product details, personalization options, and care information are clearly stated on our product pages. Each piece is handmade to order, carefully inspected before shipment, and packed with care before being sent to our customers. We understand that jewelry purchased for a baby can feel especially meaningful, and we are sorry that the bracelet did not meet your expectations. That being said, delicate personalized jewelry can bend or break if it is pulled, pressed, twisted, or handled with force. After delivery, we unfortunately cannot fully determine how an item was used, stored, or handled. Our team reviewed the case based on the information and photos provided. Explaining that we have successfully fulfilled thousands of similar orders was not meant to blame your baby or dismiss your concern, but to provide context that this is not a common quality issue with this design. We also strongly disagree with the statements that our team was committing fraud or that we intentionally sold a cheaply made item. These claims do not reflect our business, our materials, or the care we put into our work.
