Great experience.

The absolute worst customer service i've ever experienced. I could maybe understand if I was nasty or rude but every single time I reached out even just to get my refill it was horrendous. There's no way to contact a nurse or have check-ins...you're expected just blindly email the same 4 rude ppl in customer service. They switched compounding pharmacies, cut my dosage in half with no note or explanation so I assumed it was a mistake. When I went to refill my prescription they were rude and blamed it on me saying I should have asked someone if I had questions and refused to refill my prescription. Supposedly this pharmacy made a "different strength" of medecine (? never heard of that before). They also made this switch without asking what my current dosage was. Anyone whose been taking a glp-1 knows how dangerous it is to jump around with dosages and how nauseous it makes you to go up and down and to have no dr oversee/communicate this and to just take the world of a customer service agent after the fact is WILD. When I went to cancel my subscription they charged me for another month and still gave no refill because a "15 day notice" was required. There is absolutely no way this company goes without getting some sort of malpractice suit brought against them.

Scammed me out of $699.00 Promised a telehealth consult with a physician to address weight issues. Back-and-forth, emails never responded to, nasty comments on social media when I inquired. I had 2 different labs with results in THIS week--2/4/2024--that they used as another excuse to give me a runaround and not deliver the services they advertised. Total sham. Denied refund request even though I was within the so-called "money back guarantee". MinuteMD is a total scam and their business should be shuttered.

This company is my 3rd company. The first company lost their doctor and pharmacy. The 2nd company could not keep my records straight, took forever to mail my meds to me and the final straw was when they switched my meds to another product doubling the cost. This company is the most responsive to any and all questions at anytime day or night. They include clear precise information and very helpful links! They sent me a pre paid form for blood work to a pharmacy near my home. They always do what they can to help this process go smoothly. Highly recommend them to anyone needing semaglutide.
