Overall I have had a good experience with MinuteMD. The process has gotten better over the year that I have been with them.

Staff is really nice. Been using service over a year. There has been only one mishap but it was corrected quickly.

This Medication has worked well for me. I would prefer to speak to a live person on occasion. The payment process has had some glitches.

MinuteMD has continued to help with my weight loss plan. They are responsive and communicative. It was easy to get started, I've had no side effects, & I've not had any problems with the medication arriving on time. I would have given 5 stars, but I have had problems getting them to switch my personal credit card for my HSA. I also recently discovered that my monthly payments only pay for 10 weeks of medication instead of 12. They reimbursed me for one month, but I've been on the treatment for almost a year and a half.

Really seamless process to be onboarded as a patient. Really fast response from all staff. Overall would recommend MinuteMd for your needs.

Friendly service and ok price point. There isn’t a lot of follow up to see how patients are doing and that’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.

I like the company. Easy to deal with. I think they could speed up the delivery a little.

After initial mishaps that were not in anyone's control, the process was simple, easy to understand and weight loss was slow but continuous. Everything is included; labwork prior, syringes, alcohol pads and the sustain weight loss is a plus!
