I ordered products weeks ago and still have not received anything. You charged my credit card and I don't have anything. You people are thieves and I will be posting on Facebook to stay away from your website and NEVER order anything from you. I know my review will never be seen but I will never forget how you stole from me and will let everyone know this.

Hi Ms Shackelford we do see that your ordered a prescription product from our web site, as with all prescription products that are ordered on our web site you were asked while placing your order if you had a prescription or if you needed a prescription. You did not choose the option that you needed a prescription and did not provide us with a prescription - this is why our team made several attempts to contact you. Also, you were never charged for this order, as a company policy we do not charge for prescription orders until we have the prescription from your physician or we have brought you thru our treatment process for treatment and a prescription. If you would like to complete our process and be treated by our physicians please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.

I am very disappointed with this company. I have been on hormonal therapy for 10 years and never dealt with such incompetence. If you have POF or a more complicated hormonal issue I do NOT recommend this company. If you decide to use them ask for their credentials. They claim to have doctors, but don't seem to know what they are doing. When I decided to cancel the program, Katie was rude, uncaring, and very unprofessional, she couldn't return my phone calls after I asked multiple times for a copy of my test results and my month wasn't over yet, but she decided not to take my calls anymore. I was bleeding for 2 months non-stop and they acted like it was nothing and it's normal. Again, I have been on hormonal therapy with real doctors and that was never the case. I am extremely disappointed in this company, and I didn't appreciate their carelessness. Btw, I was never referred to go to my doctor, pre existing condition...hormonal imbalance. If you can't provide proper service, why even offer it? Additionally, I canceled the program they didn't, as a matter of fact they got angry and dismissive when I did. Your response is dishonest, and just added to my disappointment and trust worthiness of this company. Don't offer a service you guys aren't qualified to handle. They are liars. I was never disqualified, I don't even know what they are talking about. Making up lies as they go.

When a patient does not meet the treatment guidelines then we will refer them to their primary care provider to ensure the safety of our patients and their healthcare. I ordered and paid for a prescription.....I was given a tracking number and on the day it was supposed to deliver I noticed it had never left the pharmacy....I called and was told it was shipping out that day. 4 days later it still has never shipped...I called again and told it would ship today. Now I have no tracking number but they have taken money....scam
